Our chef is serving up an eclectic range of contemporary and traditional dishes in The Dorsal Restaurant which showcase the best local produce and wines. Breakfast is served from 7:30am until 10:00am, with lunch available from 12:00 - 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm until late. Fully licensed until 12:00pm and including a large outdoor area under sails with glorious views over Forster Main Beach, The Dorsal Restaurant also features a bar, a mezzanine area which can be opened up onto the inside area of the restaurant and seating for 150 guests.
